Looking to buy a cruiser

I'm still looking for a good used motorcycle. Every
time I find one, it's already been sold, or not what I was
    looking for.

I'm needing a "classic" cruiser type motorcycle, as in:
Yamaha V-Star, Honda Shadow, Kawasaki Vulcan,
    Suzuki Intruder/Volusia, etc.

I'm not interested in standards, sports bikes, tourers,
    or sport/tourers.
I need one that has a _low_ seat height (30" and below).

I don't mind a few cosmetic flaws but need one that can
be ridden now and *I will pay cash*, for a reasonably
    priced bike.

Must have a valid title and would prefer registered
and inspected, as I would prefer to ride it home.

    Price range: Up to $2200.
    Year model: Any
Engine size: Anything 600 and above.
Location: Anywhere in North Central Texas

Please email me (send pics of bike), if you have a
bike I might be interested in.

    Thanks,

The next time you try and blame someone else for running off all the 'on
topic' posters in this group with their trash talking, Bill, remember your
above responce to an 'on topic' post, ok? Oh, nevermind, I'll remind you,
    lol....

Thanks, Jerry. Nice bike but out of my price range. It would also be a
long haul to go get it, as I am in the Breckenridge area. It would be nice
to find something like that around here but no one seems to want to turn
    loose.

I know one guy here that has 4 bikes, 3 of which he never rides and 2 of
those aren't running. He thinks he can trade them even, on a Harley. He'd
be better off selling them and applying that money towards a down payment on
    an HD. ;)

That's because I followed your old man's advice, and let my mouse skip over
the topics I don't care to read, Brian. You, and him both, would do well to
follow that advice too, lol. Or is it perhaps the both of you are better at
giving advice then taking it, even if it's your own?
One too many? You mean now there's a limit? Gosh Brian, I missed that
    one...lol.
Ahhh Brian, I'm getting all misty. I had no idea you felt that way about
me. I thought we were buddys, lol. Personally, I would miss you if you were
to ever get 'run off'. You have the most interesting ways of making a
complete fool of yourself. Yup, I'd miss that, lol..

    Regards,

    Jerry responds to Sunny:
‘‘I know of a 97 Yamaha Virago 750 here in Houston. He wants 2750
OBO. I am looking for something like you as well in a 2000.00 range for
    a daily rider.
    Jerry)’’

How you gonna pay for it, Trash ?   Group Hug..''

It is a shame, that you dont know how to change your demeaner from one
post topic to another. I call it changing gears.
This is an onTopic thread. Not a flaming one, untill you moused in on
it. I cannot imagine anyone giving you a group hug, from your comment
above. If Morgan admits to giving you a hug on this one, he is more petty
than I could possibly imagine. So whos left to hug ya'?

Gosh Bill, that's a classy reply.

I am surprised you didn't recommend a little cruiser like yours, after
all the Vulcan is recommended for beginning riders, especially women.

Maybe he can't help it, might be caused by something he's lacking in his
genes? Or is that spelled j-e-a-n-s, I can never remember, lol...lol.

And that should concern me? I think we had this conversation before,
    didn't we?
If you're talking about BJay, I kind of like the guy. He's got a great
sense of humor, and doesn't fly off the handle when someone insults him. By
the way, if you're so sure he's a troll, why do you keep responding to him?

If you're refering to Albert, I kind of like him too. If you'd put aside
your anger and your Jr. High 'bad boy' mentality long enough to actually
read what he says, you might understand why you come off appearing so stupid
almost every time you respond to him, Brian.

I'd have no problem shareing a stretch of road with either one of these
guys. Heck, I'd have no problem shareing the road with almost anyone in
    this group.

I'd explain what I meant, Brian, but seing as how you're 'again' the only
one that didn't 'get it' I won't insult everyone elses' intelligence by
dumbing it down to words you'd understand, lol.

wellp! looks like i nipped this in the bud.
why cant all arguments get settled this quickly?
all that was required, was to challenge said irritant with
the prospect of some muddy baby skunks, and "blammo"!
he gave up! over....... end of story.

    carry on boys.
    and your welcome.

LOL.. Might turn out like the neighbors' son, if you try that.. He wound up
spending the night on a chaise lounge on his mother's patio.. <grin> That
ol' mother skunk don't take kindly to having her babies kicked around...
<chuckle> I'd offer to sell tickets to the event, though... if that's what
you'd like to try.. Might make you more famous than taking on either of the
    Walkers..

If improving my speeling wood improve your comprehension skills, I'd give it
a shot, Brian, lol. Right now, I think I'd just be waisting my time though,
    lol.
And it doesn't bother you that you're the only one who didn't understand
    what I said?
Grateful? I don't remember using the word 'grateful'. Heck, I couldn't even
spell it till you showed me how, lol. There's no doubt about it, Brian, I'd
much rather have my spelling problem then your poor comprehension skills,
    lol.
