Starting Wednesday, I get at least a week taking it easy, being waited on
hand & foot, and lots of drugs on demand.

And it's only going to cost me half a large intestine and a bit of liver and
    a few lymph nodes.

    Bargain!

If you're visiting one of our renowned public health institutions,
you'll be lucky if they give you your own bucket to piss in, let alone
wait on you hand and foot.

I hope you survive the health system!

    Looxury,

When I were 'lad I didn't have half a large intestine, and liver was a prime cut for the rich folk. We had to lick our
    livers clean before sun up.

I'l smuggle some beer in for you, or as soon as your (sp) ambulatory, we'll head off to Joe's

"So far Howard's luck has survived a great deal: his move to dismiss
broken election pledges by distinguishing between "core" and "non-core"
promises; his retrospectively time-limited "never ever" pledge on the
goods and services tax; his vagueness about when he committed Australia
to war against Iraq; his shifting standards for ministerial conduct; his
demonising of asylum seekers as child killers; his tendency to blame
"advice" rather than to openly accept responsibility when things go wrong."
Will Howard's luck survive another election ? Do Australians not care
that their PM is a liar ?
