Pretty good turnout last night for the TMRA II meeting in Ft.Worth.. Three of the regulars showed up with hands and arms bandaged and in slings.. One of the injuries was motorcycle related and the other two were results of job accidents.. Damn.. that workplace is getting dangerous.. With elections close on us now, the general discussions were about the politics of the candidates and TMRA II is gearing up to select the candidates who will support our own agendas.. The insurance bill is foremost to be considered and we all agree that candidates who support that bill should be endorsed.. The state District Advisors meeting is coming up on the 28th of August, so everyone who rides should try to be in the Austin area for that little gathering.. The meeting will be in the TMRA II headquarters .. Of course, Sputnik will host the meeting and it should be lively and informative.. I'm looking forward to it.. Beemer Biker, IceMan and Jailcall should definitely try to attend as they are interested in that area.. Besides.. I'd sure like to see them while we spend the day together .. This little gathering from across the state will consist mainly of the District Advisors, but I'm given to understand that everyone is welcome and invited to attend..
