So this thing about the M5 closing coz of somebody taking out a power line
pylon, got me looking at the story on the beeb.

I liked this: "Earlier on Friday one caller to the BBC described
Portishead as "like a car park".'

Isn't that were they park the 50,000 cars straight off the container
    ships?

M5 J19 is the Portbury junction, Portbury Dock is where all of the
cars are stored. Portishead is about 2 miles from the junction, it seems
that someone travelling on the Portishead road (Portbury Hundred) did
a bit of offroading and hit a pylon. The Pylon bent leaving high tension
wires dangling perilously low over the motorway.

They closed the motorway all the way from J18 to J22 to prevent the
fuckup that happened last time when they ended up with every narrow
lane for miles around jammed with trucks trying to find a route
    with no weight limits.
This time they did the sensible thing and sent them up the A38 causing
    some nasty jams around Bristol.

You could have real fun parking them in a way to create amusing
messages when viewed from the air.....

(If you had a lot of spare time on your hands that is).
