Is it possible to install a Mac OS on a modern PC?

Yes, but driver support might be iffy, so you need to be a bit careful on
    components.

    Google for "hackintosh".

I believe that you can. Weirdly enough, you may have more device
compatibility using Linux. SWK will be along shortly, I'm sure.

    Yup - indeedy.

Get the kalyway 10.5.2 dvd from one of the torrent sites.

As others have said, driver support might be a bit of a nightmare.

I think you can do it with VirtualBox, I use that to run Windows and
Ubuntu on my Mac, but it is cross platform, and had various combinations
of supported host and client OSs.

It even supports Windows 7 (onAMac that is).

Yes, FreeBSD 7.0 with a suitable window manager, or did you actually
mean Apple {tm} stuff? If so, then yes but it may be hardware fussy. You
may be able to run it under VMWare as well.
