Well we took off this morning at Kanab, Ut and ended up in Moab, Ut.
Up 89 to Hwy 12, 24, I-70, and 191 into Moab. We almost saw it all today.
That Hwy 12 is way good, has everything, forest, desert, mountains, praire,
u name it. Up on I70 a storm blew up on that 1 piece of flatland and damn
near blew us off the road, and I ain't kidding you. It was by far the
strongest wind I've ever encountered on 2 wheels, and maybe strongest
    period.
The route we took was about 365 miles and took all day.... hwy 12, don't
    miss it

Here are several pics of today's ride. The 1st four pics are out of order
and were actually at the end of the day, louie glitch!

    No we didn't.
I now know you are right about that.

Weatherman sez the weather is going to change for the worst here Wednesday
with the arrival of a cold front..maybe winds of 95 behind the front. I
thinking to going over to 50 in Colorado and down thru Ridgeway on to
Durango and on toward the house.

HEY....You need to hurry up and get back to Cowtown. I have only put
2000 miles on my wing instead of the normal 5000 miles a week that its
used to...my engine is starting to cool down and I am afraid the heads
    are going to warp.

Thanks for the pictures, I've got some that look a lot like them. Was
the driver of the "follow me" truck a cute college girl?

The rocks are the same but the 'pilot' was 180 from what u describe. I was
only following to conform with the rules of the road (under construction).
