Finally uploaded my holiday snaps to flickr. They are boring, poor
quality and in no particular order. Feel free to rip the piss.

I like img_0986. Looks like you camped out in someone's yard! Nice views
from the boat entering leaving the harbour.

That was the big campsite in Rome, the tent areas were pretty much
solid rock and virtually impossible to hammer a peg into. I ended up
tying the guy ropes to the bushes to one side and to the bike on the
    other before I slept.

I lost track of this one. Did you manage to recover the photos that
    your [?] cousin lost/deleted?

Satnav is ok, the mount stopped charging the satnav and I didn't take
the mains charger with me. I got home using a basic map, pen and paper
    and gaffa tape.

It worked for me, didn't get lost once. I left the satnav alone
throughout every day, and only fired it up to find the cheapo hotels
when I got to the towns I stayed in.

Haha, easy when you forget to fill up before going on a 'long' rideout.
He got as far as just outside Golden Bay from Santa Venera before it
died. His brother went in search of fuel and came back with a lemonade
bottle full just to get him to the filling station.

Stephen, his missus and I sat there eating prickly pears robbed from
the roadside bushes while we waited
