    The first thing to do is have a good cry - let it out.
    Spend plenty of time with friends and family.

    I first met her way back in - I think it was 1998? At the caff next door to
    M&P in Oxford. It was my first "date" with someone from this place.

    I don't think she laughed when I stalled my bike.
