Given Superbike school only offer upto level 4, and most of it isn't
useful for a road rider, I assume you are being sarcastic.

Stay Upright, however, used to cover the topic of hitting animals up to,
and including, roos, in their advanced course.

Basically, their advice went like:"Brake as hard as you can, until it is
clear you _are_ going to hit the animal, then, with steering pointing
straight, nail the throttle."

Given relative sizes of roos and humans, I expect the theory to be
applicable to dopey pedestrians.

This, please note, was _many_ years ago, and I suspect S U no longer
teach it.
