  1. WARNING! Be Advised!!!!

If you live in the Sydney/Campbelltown area what ever you do DO NOT put
your bike into Mat Mladin to get repaired. That bike shop sux big
    time....

On 2 occasions I have put my bike in their for small repairs and both
times it been over a week (thats 6 or more working days) waiting to get
    it back.

In the mean time I enjoy walking to work and back which adds an extra 2
    hours to my day :(

They never ring you up and let you know whats going on. YOU MUST ring
    them

Thanks Mat, thanks for nothing. You arsehole!!!!!!!

  2. Wow, Matt Maladin worked on your bike personally? No wonder it took so
long to get it fixed, he's quite busy you know.

So - just out of interest- if these people were so bad the first time,
    what made you go back?

Are you a slow learner or something?

  5. I give people a second chance. But I won't be giving them another
chance, iv'e learnt my lesson. And i advise others to learn from my
experience dipshit, thats the whole point of the internet.

So when people search for Mat Mladin they'll come across this and think
    twice.

That and the fact there are only 2 bike shops in the Campbelltown area.

Well there are a few others but they look like dumps.

Anyone know of a good, reliable bike shop in the Campbelltown/Liverpool
    area?

Sounds painful for Mat. And what if we don't live in Sydney, can
we take our bikes to Mat then?
****, we've got to explain Free Market Capitalism _again_?

probably the one's that look like dumps - shops with lots of shiny
chrome and glass and expensive fitouts are usually looking to recover
their costs a lot more aggresively.

lol, yeh i think i'll ram my bike up mat's arse... And i encourage
bikers all over Australia to do the same.

"****, we've got to explain Free Market Capitalism _again_?"

So what you are saying is that if I don't like the service I recieve
    somewhere take my business elsewhere?

Salut! Indeed I will. But ****, do I need to explain the internet and
    forums to you????

I find myself in the position of being shafted by Mat Mladin Bike Shop
precisely becuase as a consumer there is no information on the
reputation of businesses on the internet. Google for mat mladin and all
you'll find is fanboi stuff saying how great a bike rider he is.

WTF!!!!! I don't give a toss how he rides, i wanna know is he rilable
bike shop owener and repairer. Sadly there is nothing on this or any
other bike shop. So i have used this forum to warn others of what to
expect from Mat Mladin bike shop.

I wish someone had taken the time to warn me, i would be enjoying my
    bike right now :(

Perhaps if you ask nicely Mat might have an old bike out in a booth out
the back which you can 'enjoy'.

They obviously don't teach insults in Motorcycle learner training the
way they used to. No wonder we get no respect from other road users any
    more.
