Doesnt quite add up when a poster here suggests he can totally restore a
knackered old RD Yam for £1k, when you can find good original bikes for less
    money?

Why on earth would anyone bother with tarting up some appalling old wreck,
when proper bikes are to be found for less money?

Point of order: "Voldemurray", in this case.

Well I had to call Ken a **** just the once, but I'll killfiled him too
    now...

So I'll add a "Fifthed" in a moderately hypocritical way.

You'll have to Sixth it, I got in there first ;-)

As explained to me by AndrewR over 6 years ago...

"AOL, as you must know, stands for America On-Line.

That was easy, so why does it keep appearing in the group? Answer, because
AOL users are infamous for being the least competent and most ignorant of
netiquette. Hence they quote long posts in full to add a "me too" comment
to the end. So, if you want to indicate your agreement you add <AOL> to a
post to show you are imitating an AOL user."

    So now you know :)

  12. Err precisely. It's not often that I feel like murdering an idiotic
trolling poster but this particular one is generating death like
    tendencies.

Heh, that should be in the FAQ's. 'sides, you forgot the British
    equivalent, NTL.

    Hence the phrase AONTL.

I'm seriously contemplating secondary killfiling as the only sensible
    option.
