I live about halfway between Bristol and Gloucester and I've seen there
are a quite a few ukrm'ers in the vicinity. So does anyone know of any
ride outs or regular meeting places in these areas?

There are some excellent biking roads in the Cotswolds but I've not come
across any obvious bikers pubs/meting places...

    cheers,

it's only an hour for you to get across to Abergavenny from where the
Taffies depart on what is fast becoming a regular outing - see GPZ's
    new thread

Might be a bit far but the Lower Lode Hotel just outside Tewkesbury (Just N
of Glos) is the home of Tewks & District MCC. Most excellent hostellry with
excellent beer and right by the river too.
Give me a yell if you want more info.

No, I don't supose it does.

As a pimply teenager I spent many an evening getting quietly pissed in
the bar. Talking bollocks, dreaming of being able to do 175 mph knee
    down wheelies, like everyone else...

You may well be I'm not actually a Dursloid, but it was close enough to
    win a coconut.
