Melb__cheap 250s ?

A friend showed up at the weekend, bought a 440km (yes) "old", never
registered before (yep), looking brandnew to me, SR250 Classic.
Taylor Honda/ Yamaha in Dandenong did the deal, and reportedly there are
another 4 or 5 other SR's with suspiciously similar km on the clock still on
the floor.
For someone after a naked 250 or cheap commuter, he got his for $4.200
on-road.
Bit rough on the finish, the wheels are odd-sized (by todays standards) 19
front and 18 rear.
Even comes with a ctr. stand standard. Built in Spain and with Pirelli
rubber, all up not a bad buy for a bike with a close-to-6k RRP-sticker (plus
O/R costs).
