The recent heavy rains have washed some drives and dirt-roads onto the Tourist Road. Road crews are at it but only patching the major stuff at the moment. No work done on most private drives entering the road, therefore plenty of gravel everywhere and quite a bit of it is the same colour as the road surface. Mainly affected seems to be the Montrose/ Kalorama/Olinda stretch. Mountain Hwy is quite clean, only one major dirt-area about halfway (where there's a house either side of the road). cheers pete
