Merchant Services black listing

    Interesting thought. Has anyone here gone for an online company that has
    mis-sold goods or services and refuses to make it right by targetting their
    Merchant Services or trying to have them temporarily blacklisted, shutting
    down their ability to trade. At least in respect of card holder not present
    transactions?

    Is it in any way possible. Assuming perhaps that it would take your
    Solicitors to request the blacklisting.
