Minging headaches

I wish I still had mine for general use. Really, it wasn't all that
unreliable, but when it was, it was dead easy to fix (clutch excepted,
but that was a once in a lifetime job [1]) and for an exPlod with >100K
on it when I got it, it gave me very little trouble, really.

Actually, of all the bikes I used during my courier period, only that
and the CBX550 never had to get the rescue services out for a mechanical
or electrical breakdown.

Pah.
I thumb my nose at you.


[1] Except if you go for the non-OEM clutch plate by AP. Avoid at all
costs, as the centre boss cracks out of the plate after a few K. The OEM
part is worth the extra money.

Hmm... I've got a K100 to put bodywork on and swap the forks and
controls with a K100 with a sidecar on plus rebuild the calipers.

Then I've got a z500 to get running and sold... And, finally, I've got
my daughter's Corsa to get fixed after the last accident.

I think I've enough stuff on my plate at the moment...
