probably only of interest to Kev and Smack, only just heard today four of
the five ABC's team who pioneered on-bike cams, (the ones that show Rossi's
fat arse) all resigned in the same week and went to another company.

  2. The mini-cam, or car cam or bike cam, were invented if you like to use that
    word, in OZ.
I think that it was first thought of years ago with Channel 7 and their
    coverage of Bathurst
they wanted a closer image of the inside of the car , driver etc.
Not sure when, but I remember reading about it a long time ago.

It is a pity that a lot of ideas which originated in OZ, have gone to
overseas countries where their Governments have jumped at the chance of new
technology, whereas, our great Government, are more concerned with where
they will retire to on their fat pension

Kates would have had Journos installing the cams before too long anyway. Who
    needs technical staff these days.
