minnesota & tennessee red light law question

i have heard that a new law allows motorcyclists to proceed through a red
light after carefully checking traffic - i have been unable to actually
find any documentation of this law, at least in motorcycle driving
manuals, etc. can anyone fill me in on the the details of this law? any
help appreciated, thanks

In Minnesota if you're a mosquito bigger than a car you get right of way
regardless of whether it's red or not. In Tennessee anyone with two
heads gets to go first, oh sorry that's Arkansas. The one with the most
guitars wins ?
