Never bothered me.... I've probably said it before, but my website has
the plates of just about everything I own / have owned clearly visible.

I'd of thought the bruises would be related to Bonwicks riding?

Shouldn't worry too much: the website's so fucking awful no-one will
spend much time looking at it.

Yes, I know. Having a static image to refer to when ordering fake
plates is easier than remembering, for example, C342JQN [1]
Why not? It doesn't take too long and keeps the paranoid amongst us
    quiet.

[1] This should be a non-valid plate, as "Q" is not allowed in the 3
    character block of a pre-September 2001 plate.

There is that. However, I doubt I am in any position to criticise
    other people's websites.

"keeps the paranoid amongst us quiet" makes perfect sense to

Is blanking number plates on photographs that are then referenced in
public out of the ordinary? I believe not, but am quite happy to be
persuaded otherwise. I would rather not run the small risk of my plate
being cloned and do not want to be responsible for anyone else's plate
    being cloned.

If you're going to clone a plate you need the same model and colour of
bike, preferably one from a different part of the country. The easiest
way of finding such a bike is from photos. Ukrm is as good a place to
start looking for photos as any.

Oh, ffs, the numbers have been blanked out a long time ago. I didn't realize
there were still plates visible. And yes, I must agree with Statto about
other peoples plates, but for mine, I really DGAF. Like Champ says, if they
want my plate they will get it, any which way they can.

Ah, that old thing again. May I ask sir to give an educated opinion about
    Microsoft and perchange newsreaders?

If you have anything *constructive* to say, feel free to mail me and maybe I
can learn from it. You may have noticed that this site (what's your site?)
is in no way meant to be commercial, so I do whatever the **** I like with
it. I may however have some sparetime in which I can change a few things, so
if you have any pointers....like I said, feel free.

I really think you're being overly paranoid here. There's hundreds of
thousands of plates out there and tens of thousands of pictures of
bikes on the net showing plates.

Not only but also, have you tried getting a number plate recently?
Even in my favourite local scruffy car parts shop, I had to produce
licence, V5 and pay by card rather than cash - or they would not make
a plate for me. And they know me ... <light bulb glimmers> ... ah, as
    you were then.

But seriously Statto, I think you're trying a bit hard here. By all
means carry on extending your courtesy, but let's not start jumping on
    people who cba.
