when did I use the word "accept"? It is self evident what they do and I
can't not accept it - it happens all around me. I'm not delusional.

I said I didn't understand it. Not the same thing at all in my view.

Well yes - sort of. Most of the time he is cutting, blunt and quite
sarcastic. That's certainly the "style" he typically uses here which is
why a proportion of posters apparently find him "difficult". When he's
really on a roll then I think we can reach the heights of "offensive".

Perhaps it's just me but I've only seen the "real" darsy once - maybe
twice at a push.

I think the time when you provided the lift to the bike show at the NEC
and we did not have an alcohol and tobacco riddled Bear in the Jeep
showed you as perfectly charming, intelligent and a nice chap to talk
to. Now perhaps you were acting for my benefit but that seemed the real
you rather than the persona "displayed" on the group and what I've
encountered at ukrm drinks sessions.

Not sure what else I can add.
