Thank you - put far better than I would have said it but that was the
point I was struggling to get across.

Even as Mr Phone Phobe I can understand your list of needs. Much beyond
that I wonder whether people really use the features for any valuable
purpose. The dependency that the phone companies have built around
their products is fascinating - wasn't there research done recently that
said people display signs of bereavement behaviour if they are separated
from their mobile phone for more than a few hours? Barmy.
