Well TBF they long since carried off the spoils but it seemed some of the MG
agents themselves had been involved.

 

I can tell you for certain that a large number of Western Union agents
in Africa will happily take bungs, too.

Curious that the Washington Post is using a picture of a shop in Edinburgh.

 

That would be "International" from a septic perspective.

RBS, Edinburgh.

 

Badly sourced, grab-the-first-pic, imagebank laziness. If it's a
privately owned shop acting as a Moneygram agent, the owner might not be
terribly happy about it.

 

Looks like it is. I wonder if anyone's told him that a major newspaper
is insinuating that he's helping scammers?
