"Unfortunately credit card payment is not available at the moment", so how
else can I give them money?

Oh, I used that other method of payment instead. Never heard of it.

Okay, what now? I've bought three albums, how do I download the entire album
rather than muck about downloading individual songs?

Install their allTunes software, fire it up, then click the 'Order'
button against the albums you want.

Easiest is to use the allTunes explorer. Gives easy search, preview,
ordering and has a nice downloader all built-in.

I would just like to point out that, despite Krusty's earlier (4 mins)
post, I did think of that all by myself.

Heh. Haven't you got some more people in cdos to wind up? Loved your
reply to the suggestion about teaching the users sql - made me chuckle
that one. I don't think Daniel gets sarcasm though (or much else for
    that matter).

Occasionally I wonder what planet he's on - clearly knows his stuff but,
it seems, from a purely theoretical perspective. I note he didn't reply.

Excecllent, that's better ... unfortunately didn't re-visit UKRM earlier and
read this .. still, got eight albums to download. Just worked out how to
tunnel into my home iTunes server from work as well, so that'll be useful
    too ...
