I wonder if that's related to those magic pictures. I can never see the
bloody images and those spots never disappeared for me either.

It works if you look at the yellow dots as well.

Only if there was a rotating pattern of blue squares in the road and you
were riding a small yellow bike

Try looking at just one yellow dot. Some of the keys on my keyboard
    disappear after doing it.

Depends which way you look at it. If either of them were to be in an
accident, at least WC's insurance could sort the 3rd party claim out
and try to compensate them for however their life/body has been messed
    up.

And, of course, WC's done all that boooooring "getting a licence" stuff
    that's like soooooooo not Ross.

But his daddy's proud of him, so it's all good.

There's always the "fast moving blinding ball of light" approach, of
    course.
There's another two blind spots too - the fucking great big green
blobs caused by dazzle from main beam filaments from a bike behind.

    Concentrate on the yellow:

    ....and the green disappears.

    You. Are. Having. A. Laugh.
Indeedly doodly. Percussive hand tool/wood-piercing fastening
interface there. So proud of his son driving about town without a
licence and while uninsured, the **** brags about it.

Let's guess at what insurance would be for a retrained 17 year old
with an SP30, IN10 and LC30 on his provisional licence, shall we?

Of course. Strictly for mere mortals.

After all, we're talking here about someone whose grandfather

As the lad at work who was driving a very suspect cage around[1], using
the very same cavalier[2] attitude to getting it in order, binned it
into another car writing both off I was merely showing concern for your
    son's well-being.

If he has an accident not only will his premiums be unobtainable, I can
see his immediate future being quite murky. Still, I suppose you buy
insurance hoping you'll never need it. He's just skipping the buying
    bit.

    <tangent>
The whole thing has left me somewhat apprehensive about driving in
these parts. He was being a twat[3], apparently trying to drift a
corner (in a FWD car), with at least 2 dodgy tyres. Witnesses saw it
all, but the police won't do anything about it as they're going away
for a bit. They've given him the slap on the wrist and sent him away.
    </tangent>

[1] cat-c write off, plod pulling him every few days, DVLA wanted the
car testing for roadworthiness - I don't know why he didn't get
arrested for it. He says he checked with the insco to make sure it was
insured, but I don't believe him for a second.
[2] no pun intened, it was an escort.
[3] Rushing to work because he's late, went around a sharp bend in 2nd,
clutch down, the revved up and dropped the clutch.
