Moto GP this year

    Can someone confirm for me that the MotoGP this year in on 15th, 16th
    and 17th September?

    Why is it one month back?

    I suppose posting to the newsgroup is quicker and more accurate than
    going to motogp.com, eh?

    big (yeah, its on the 17th this year. Estoril has "our" usual date...)

    I could be wrong, but I thought it had something to do with the sheer
    number of sporting events that happen late September, early October
    (AFL/NRL/Bathurst) and the fact that people don't have a lot of $$$ to
    throw about that time of year.

    I don't think it's to do with the public not having enough money to
    spend, you'll probably find its more to do with Ch10 having a busy
    schedule, with Bathurst, AFL finals, etc. The MotoGP calendar has
    started a few weeks earlier this year and will finish a few weeks
    earlier too. Just about every MotoGP event on the calendar has moved
    this year.

    Yep, on the 15th of Oct, you're supposed to be in Estoril, Portugal!
