    Hi folks,

Someone here who can help me with a scanned service manual or worfield
    manual?

What are the specs for the valves?

What kind of oil to use on the cycle and how much?

Where can i get old gastank emblems?

    Regards,
    Ingo

    Nope, sorry.
A lot of Morinis including my Corsaro use 0.1mm, but I can't guarantee
    that.
Probably straight 40 oil as in a lot of the Italian bikes of that time.
I think you may be better off asking this question on the Morini
mailing list - check out the Italian bike links available via the FAQ.

    I have one now.
Well i found two specs for the valves now. In one manual theyx write 0.10 in
    the other 0.05

Makes me a little bit wondering.
    Well i will try 0.10 i think.
Atm there is a normall 15/40 in it and in 3rd or 4th gear the engine just
    reffs up.
Hope this effect comes from wrong oil.
Will try to get a 30 or 40 oil tomorrow.
Found a dealer in holland who sells all kind of tank emblems.

    Thx to this newsgroup.

    Regards,
    Ingo

Probably safer to err on the larger spec. If in doubt, there is a
rather twee saying: "a tappy valve is a happy valve".

  6. indeed. more to the point, if it's 2 thou to tight, it won't show 'til it's
fully warmed up and you're thrashing it, when it will burn the valve due to
it not seating fully... or it might do.

Exception for desmodromic ones, of course. I daresay they have their own
    peculiarities.
