hi im a complete n00b and im wondering do motorcycle riders listen to music
while they ride? if so how? the bikes wouldnt have built in music correct? I
assume if they listen to it you would use like a minidisc player or
    something with earplugs.

sorry if this sounds stupid but its a legit question.

    Thanks in advance

Now why on earth would you use the word "scratching" when replying to
someone who has clearly identified himself as a newbie?

  3. Well, its important to let the newbie know that its pretty hard
to strap both turntables onto most bike... Beatmixing from cd is
hard enough while riding, scratching with vinyl is just a bad
    idea...

Yep, all the time. My bike has built in music. It's a V-twin.

No need for music on a Ducati or a Triumph Triple.
Plenty of glorious sounds to listen to.

I fit this today to my bike. Just have to fit the speakers to the helmet
and I'm set, cos above 60kmh it's farken useless.

anything from 2000rpm to 8000rpm on mine. Others prefer a more
    frantic but less syncopated beat.

or stay below 60kph at all times... and as a pleasant consequence you won't
die in a road accident either.

    Some do
    Most dont
Through the speakers that come with some bikes (well.. one or two) or
    through headsets
Even Cars dont have built in music...
    usually ...yes...

    goes without saying...

....and if you're in a school zone then... yourself, your mother, maybe an aunt
or cousin and at least 3 children playing in the school yard.
