I watch a lot of football not involving my team as well though. There's only really one team that I dislike [1] due to them being the rivals of my team. I dislike several other teams for other reasons [2]. it also means that I don't go overboard when it comes to supporting a national team and I'm not heartbroken about the injury to Wayne [3] and how it means that England wont win the WC. like they would have anyway. As I'm a nasty horrible non football supporting person I have to say that I found the news of Wayne Rooney's injury most amusing. It's being portrayed as the usual national crisis when all it is is some overpaid semi talented idiot with a broken foot. As you say - as if there was any chance at all of England winning. Sven's antics and impending departure have seen to it that morale will be such that we could not possibly win - and that's before we even talk about whether the players are "talented" enough.
