Yeah I know you're multi tasking, I was just sniggering at the the
thought of a) him lecturing you about modes of educational delivery
and b) the concept of a uni lecturer actually taking any notice of
the multiple ways you're supposed to approach teaching people. In my
experience uni lecturers, stand at the front of the class, yabber at
you, give you a list of things to read, and if you're lucky will walk
through some sample problems and answers before the exam. The AGSM
gave me a handbook which talked all about those nice concepts schMick
wanted to put on the table - and then proceeded to ignore them (I
guess at least acknowledging it is nice).

Your shot at Smee was noted but not relevant, I was trying to nicely
suggest to schMick he was shooting the wrong ammunition at the wrong
target. It's unusual for me to be subtle - I'm normally about as
subtle as a brick through a window so there ya go.

Who said I was tertiary? Presumptions are tricky things. Often have
more to do with the poster than reality.

I think I'm missing something here myself... Obviously there's
politics here that I'm not party to. Ah well. I get enough of that at
work (FYI: non uni *laughs*). I'm leaving it alone.

Hope you're having a good weekend fellaz.

    Hmmm. First reply didn't stick...

"From what I read on the net, laziness can happen at any time, for
anyone. The naturally lazy are just more talented. It comes more
easily for them (they don't have to work at it) ;D

So I'm giving it a go. Bit boring tho...

  6. That was the name of the very first band I moonlighted with. Pimply
    faced, centre-part 16 year old.
