Please can anyone tell me any models that are known for having a lower
    than average seat?

On a CG125 1996 I find the seat slightly high and cant sit comfortably
with both legs on the ground and I cant straighten my back property

are you sure biking is for you?

I'm 5 foot 4 and cant remember the last time I got one foot fully flat
when sat on a bike on the ground never mind two.

I remember DNC being in pieces sat behind me as I stopped on a hill
junction with only the tippy two of one foot and me trying to balance
a large daytona. i ended up pulling out too early rather than drop the
    thing.

Anything really between 125-600. MY cousins Suzuki GN125 has a low seat
but I dont like the styling personally. So are there any others?

I like that, google imaged it. none on ebay though, will keep any eye
    out for one.

I believe my CG has a 771mm height and the newer models are 781. The
GN125 is 740. I have my CG on the lowest suspension setting already so
    can't adjust that.

It just feels like im sitting too high in comparison to the handlebars.
It would be a lot more comfortable if it was a bit lower and my back
    would thank me!

    Valid question.
    I can only dream of 5'4" :^)
I remember DNC helping me pick my bike off me when my foot couldn't quite
    reach the floor.
