Bruce is a clown, he's well known for it.

Your unneccessary. laboriously typed (and incorrect) attribution lines
on the other hand make you look even more of an imbecile.

I have not attempted to be funny.
    Funnier than any of yours

yes, I can see how LINE is a 4 letter word.
I can count better than you, and 1st time around at that
Ouch.... you called me a clown.
Still, suppose it is better to be a clown than a bollockless fair weather
    rider.

  12. Bruce quoted Zan by saying said:

    And then pointlessly replied:

I didn't mention funny. Do, please, try and keep up.

The reason that you don't mind being called a Clown is that you don't
understand the import of the word. You are so used to pulling out swear
words that have little or no meaning that you now no longer actually think
    what a word means.

Since the 1700's clowns have been sad little people, afraid to tell even
their families what they do for a living, sneaking out of the house to put
on their silly outfits and make-up and performing by being ridiculed in
front of audiences. Even in modern society they are seen as underdogs trying
to make the crowd laugh with outdated comedy that has failed to move on
whilst everyone is really waiting for the circus lions to come out...

If you understood what I was saying then the insult would register, but you
prefer to say "****" which has no real meaning, females' genitals? How is
that an insult? Really? It is possible to be a complete clown, but not a
    complete ****.

That's your choice. You have no wife or kids so no idea what it means to
support a family. Riding in the wet, I did it for 12 years but now my
daughter is here I prefer to drive my cage when it is lashing down and I
can't see anything and the local route along Blackpool promenade is swimming
in grease/snow/ice/sand (delete as appropriate). One day when you mature and
actually think of someone other than yourself you'll understand, but for
now, I fully understand your point of view, that's the way I thought when I
    was 18.

    To quote the FAQ:

    You won't get flamed unless:

    (a) you deserve it
    (b) you post to the group
    (c) you can take it
    (d) you post to the group

It should be noted that (c) is optional.

You wont hear me say that, I don't give a flying monkeys if you feel you
need to herd against newbies, I can hold my own, have my own mind (YTC will
have to comment on that) and speak it loudly.

If you don't like it then don't reply, as opposed to the common attitude to
just make a pointless argument out of everything.
Always, in fact I openly encourage it. If you walk into a pub in Fleetwood
and don't look for a fight you get a glass in the face.
    See above
Always, bring it on. Lets face it, I do look for trouble and it ALWAYS finds
me. Anyone wants to meet me face to face then I have posted a meet on here
twice now, you'll find I am exactely the same in real life.

(and I already imagine the replies to this post, you just can't resist)
