Cadiz is glorious, as is much of that coast. I reckon that there's prolly
ten percent of Spain that is dire: and even then, it tends to be far cleaner
than here, which is pleasant. And it's easy to avoid the dire bits.

Statistics I saw recently - can't remember where - suggest exactly the

Now we just need a couple of other leaners and loafers and we can have a
british standard building posse on site.

Plumbing and leccy: Yes, I want to heat a new indoor juccuzi/pool using a
hot water solar panel above the roof terrace. I want valves in so I can
divert the solar effort to a domestic hot water tank too. Also intend to
install a couple of 1m3 tanks to store rainwater in for loo flushing and
clothes washing. Need to spec 24v pumps, install batteries and invertor,
pipe up the solar panels etc. Hauling the tanks over the roof should be
fun...

Stats only make any sense if you know the sample. If you include evry starry

TBF I've found California to be almost acceptable.
