Is a very very very nice man.

    With a very nice workshop.

    And two very nice cats.

    In a nice little village.

And lots of annoying bloody doves, which would be nicer dead.

He also made me a very nice bracket to move my right foot peg so I can
ride me bike. Not long distances at the moment, but riding it will help
my knee a lot, and I now can :)))

I want to play in his shed. I want to mill and lathe and drill. Not to
make anything mind, just to reduce bits of metal into lots of little
    spirally bits :)

Not a problem. If it turns out to be too little, let me know. Now we
know the measurements, knocking up another is easy
That I can do. My bin men hate me... :^)

    Wicked Uncle Nigel scribbled:
I'll know in a few weeks. If things work as I suspect they will it
should get easier and easier to ride. If OTOH my knee just won't bend
any more we'll have to move it further forward. As you say, further
down is bad, so forward it'll have to be, with some sort of jiggery
    pokery on the brake linkage.

Like I said to you, its a pleasure seeing someone who knows what
they're doing working with their hands [1] making things. Takes me
right back to my school days. [2]
LOL, I bet you don't use bin bags?

[2] Ok, I didn't know much about what I was doing, but it was excellent
    fun learning [3]
[3] The teacher went ballistic everytime I stuck the cutting tool too
deep into the bar on the lathe and bent/broke it...
