Muffs

    Have been bodged into place.

    Solved the problem (I think) of them dragging on the levers by screwing
    them to the bar ends.

    My muffs are huge. Oxford ones that is.

    I've taken them off as they look absolutely shit.

    For long journeys only methinks.

    Aye, they're big, they're ugly, but they keep your hands warm and dry -
    the MET office have upgraded the weather for Thursday from 'light rain'
    through 'sleet' to 'heavy snow' now.

    Have to say that, if you want to guarantee getting somewhere, on time,
    when it's snowing, the bike is usually the best way to do it.

    IME, YMMV.
