To be able to think about all the options between extreme nastyness and
lack of action, then be able to pick the best path is a good thing.

If you so much about the group that attacked Jamie, then you should
take that information to the police.

    Or were you being hysterical?

Sorry to hear that. Be sure to look after his mental state, as well
    as his physical state.

Ignore most of the advice in this thread, too.

You committed a criminal offence (an offence of pre-meditated violence
against a person) and you're proud of it?

    Well put
Not so well put. ITYF that living in any time before the 20th century
was substantially worse than living now.

I'm not particularly surprised, but perhaps a little depressed. It's
odd that people can't see the ulitmate consequence implicit in meeting
    violence with violence.

I know this isn't TOG's style at all, but say he *did* follow some of
the criminal advice on here and beat up one of the perpetrators. Say
said perp's dad/big brother/etc then turned up and beat the shit out
of TOG? It seems to me neithe TOG nor the ukrm beat-em-up advisors
woud have any grounds for complaint - if you accept that violence is
OK, then you can't whinge when it is delivered back to you.

Yes, I'm sure that nasty people beating up and robbing other people is
    a recent phenomenon.

Because robbery with violence is hardly a "new" phenomenon.

  17. Sorry. Hope he gets over it fast.

These scrotes are *looking* for trouble and aren't frightened of a
kicking. Face it, if you take any of the public advice to arm them on
    this thread you'll get caught.

In terms of revenge maybe getting JP to pull whatever strings he can to
get them punished properly (not cautioned) is the best you can do
    without buying yourself trouble IYAM.

Otherwise you'll have to find a way to put it behind you.

    My two cents worth.

    Good luck.

BTW, if you do get the scrotes a kicking mail me to tell me about it.
It won't help you but I would love to hear about this scum getting
    lamped.

  18. No! If they mug enough people they can become transit and hat salesmen
    and go straight!

Tough on the causes of crime!

    Arse, hope he's okay.

Ask Jamie what he would like to do about the situation.

What sort of message do you think TOG's son would draw from it?
