They're hidden, and they work very very well, so I'd be quite prepared
to put up with them if it were mine.

Ah well, you know my appreciation of art is practically non-existent.

You'd masturbate to death within a week of buying it, and it wouldn't
    have turned a wheel.

It *would* be fucking shiny though.

Speaking as your doctor, I advise you to have plenty of cold showers and
some really filthy monkey sex with the partner(s) of your choice until
    the auction is finished.

Visually it's rather horrible but mechanically I'd love it.

I owe it to myself to find a decent RGV500 conversion at some point.

Seriously? I'd have thought just the opposite with all those sharp
    edges to disturb the flow.

The Translogic dash is quite a recent thing, and mimics
the original Marelli digi dash which are well over a
grand a piece, plus sensors. The Translogic is more of
a road-based version without all the data logging
channels of the Marelli, although it still has some
along with a QuickShifter interface too.
I quite fancy a Translogic on the 748 as I saw one at
Snetterton that looked the nuts, and I ain't paying
out the kind of money that the Marelli units go for!

  15. Is jizz a good polish, then? What kind of cloth do you buff it up

    I'm scared.

You will tell me if this happens to me, won't you?

I've got an AIM MyChron4 on mine - cost me £90 off ebay.
It does revs, lap times (optical or magnetic pickup) and temp
as standard, with the ability to add loads of extra channels
on there. You can download the lap data and it has a decent
LCD display with a couple of hi-viz LEDs for channel alarms
and the rev limiter too. Originally used for carts they're a
nice little system if you don't want to fork out loads.
