Called a Chopper, presumably Chinese, pedal and go, absolutely hideous,
superb.

Crowbarred? No. Look closely at the mounting plates.

 

Looks more like a lash up to me. Saddle off a uni-cycle and a shite old 2
smoker grafted into a push bike frame.

Them nobs from OCC make a push bike that looks very similar and the Chinese
builder (and I use the term advisedly) could've got his/her/their "idea"
from that.

headstock to the crank. And the webbing at the headstock is different.
