Takes me back to my first moped, a Honda P50 (hardtail <g>).

This was when mopeds had to have 'pedals as an alternative means of
propulsion' and these didn't fold away like on some machines. The 1/2
gallon tank would get me from Nth London to my girlfriends in
Shepperton and back on a Sunday and college and back for the rest of
    the week. ;-)

Bought if for a fiver off a teacher at school, got it going and used
it for 18 months after that. A mate a PC50 without the engine, just as
a cycle. Very slow and heavy but very comfortable (for a bicycle).

I still have my Trojan Mini-Motor somewhere (the one that clamps to a
cycle saddle tube and uses friction drive to the tyre).

What goes round eh .. ;-)

I knew I'd seen one exactly like it (sans motor) and I thought it was the
OCC thing, but as you say, it's not the one but looking at the one that was
used as a base, it's plain that someone stole someone's idea.

Very much so. The chainwheel is an almost exact copy.

  9. Actually, it isn't too bad, but a long run will tell. I wouldn't want to
go any distance as a pillion, though.

Septic cunts are all the same. First they nick the jet engine, then the
rocket and now the fucking chain. They'll want self rule next, you just
    watch.
