    Not sure how much more specific you'd like it ;-}

Anyway, I gotta go now - my off-piste holiday group will be wanting to
buy me pre-dinner beers, so I'd better tootle on over to their hotel.

    **** me, it's a hard life.

  2. How much of the season do you have left? I think we've got six weeks
here, as long as it doesn't get too hot. I'm going to try to go every
weekend, which will give me a total of 24 days in my first season.

I'll be doing it again next year, as long as I don't do a Natasha
    Richardson.

Another two months. End of Spring season is May 24th, although the
amount of terrain still skiable will vary dependant on the snow, of
course. But we've got a really good deep base at the moment so I'm
    hopeful.
More than many people do in their first four. Presumably you've been
having regular lessons amongst that lot?

Oh, some dopy tart I'd never heard of.

    Me neither.

And the phone-in on R5 today will be...
"Should helmets be made compulsory for dangerous sports"

Oh, indeed. I resisted the urge to listen to the programme. I think I
might have got a bit shouty.

And of course, more people actually die from accidents[1] in the home,
so they should be compulsory at home as well.

    [1] or incidents[2]

  6. Yeah, had four lessons, and have been going with a series of friends
who are good skiers. Loving it.
