Packed up. Kissed SWMBO (that surprised her!!), mounted bike, settled in
and started off. Reached A17 and lost all electrics. Main fuse. A new
bike to me so was not surprised to find spare one in holder was blown
too. Looked around and found silver foil on side of road. Temp 'fuse'
fitted. Home to sort out new fuse and find bare wire. Couldn't do either
without starting serious searching. Sat in comfy chair. Sulked. Drank
1664. Ate all the food in the house. Watched Dr. Who.
Really pissed off as weather is on the change now AND I have had to
spend the weekend with SWMBO AGAIN :(
When's the next excuse to escape????
