My missus went to Tasmania on a holiday (sympathy please). And she said she noticed two things

I remember that! It was a bloke in the US who bought a mach iv and
stripped it down to find that someone had "rebuilt" one piston by wiring it
together with copper wire and then filling the gaps with aluminium putty!
My hat's off to him. If he got it to run well enough to flog it off he's a
frikkin' LEGEND!!
