    I actually like some of his stuff. Maybe not his MO,
    but certainly the way in which he takes the familiar and
    turns it into something else is quite well done.

    I'm not too sure about the 'grafitti' though, no matter
    how much an expression of art it is. The council are
    in a very difficult position because leaving it up sends
    the wrong message about grafitti being acceptable.

    All IMHO, of course.

    Bristol CC are very good at that. Then they just ignore everyone and do what
    they were going to do in the first place.

    Latest hilarity is chastising the public for not recycling enough, despite
    the fact that they won't collect some items that other councils have for
    over ten years.

    Then they start charging £15 to collect old household appliances.

    Then they tell everyone that if you want garden waste recycled, you have to
    pay them an extra 50 quid for another bin and collection.

    In the very same breath they then complain about fly-tipping being on the
    increase! I wonder if there could be a connection...
