New battery time

The Elefant's been getting increasingly reluctant to start over the past
few weeks, although the battery seems to be near-enough fully charged
whenever I've stuck it on the Optimate.

Thumb the starter, the idiot lights go dim, and it's just about managed
to turn the engine over... until this morning, when all I got was the
    lights going dim.

    Arse.

I've got a feeling that someone recommended a mail order battery
    supplier recently; who was it?

Aye... except they only appear to have a Dynavolt in the size I need,
    not a Westco.

    Arse, again.

.... *and*, most of the fitment guides list the wrong battery for the
    Elefant.

*AND*, the AC unit in the ceiling above my desk is dripping something
    akin to glue.

It's going to be one of those days... I can see me having to push the
Monster home, or getting nicked on it, or something equally annoying.

Hmmm... I'm a little suspicious of fitment guides, as many of them seem
to list the wrong battery for the Elefant.

And that battery seems to be a different size to the original fitment,
but smaller in each dimension so it should fit, but might rattle around.

Other Elefant riders seem to have used PC535 and PC545.
Thanks. I'll give 'em a shout, once I've worked out exactly which I want.

I was nearly right: diesel spill on the way home. And the sneaky
bastards spread it on the other side of the road, just where I'd be
    overtaking.

Just some extra creases in the seat.

I called the police as soon as I got home, and they had someone out
    there within 10 minutes.

You ****. Okay, it was all over the road, and could have had you off, but
it didn't. Calling the police was a massive over-reaction - if you'd waited
a few hours, it would have washed away naturally. I'd never call the police
    for something like that.

Sorry. I'll buy some on my way home and spread it liberally.
