On some bikes, I agree. I posted a link to a bellypan, which I think
makes the Bandit look really nice and not so bare skinned nekked.

That's pretty cool you're getting one though. You'll enjoy the shit
out of riding it. I was certainly hesitant to get into the sportbike
arena, but since owning them I like them WAY more than I ever thought
    I would.

That is something I would most likely add. The problem is the bikes will not
be here until march. Had the dealer call the Suzuki people today and
verified it. I don't know how long it takes the boat to come from Japan, so
maybe it has left. I have put money down and got the rest in the bank for it
    to show up.

I don't know, but that seems kinda odd to me.

I think Texas is just in some sort of vacuum state of flux. I'll bet
California and Florida have plenty of those in stock...

I have called a lot of dealers and checked with Suzuki today and the 2008
Bandit is just not here yet. Other 08 models are here, but not the Bandit.

Okay, let me see if I've got this right...Suzuki came out with a new
Bandit for '08, and they won't send them to the dealers until mid to
late in the year? Send them out at the same time other makers are
    unveiling their '09s?

I say we all jump on a plane and go kick someone's ass! Suzuki can't
**** with one of ours! I have enough miles built up that I can do a
round trip to Japan and back...for free...

You bout got it. I think the 08 Bandits are in other countries, but not
ours. I am in for going over to kick some ass. I have enough miles to get
over there, but most likely would not survive but one or 2 ass kickings,
hence no need for a round trip.

How hard could it be to kick their ass? Have you seen most of the
designers and marketing people for Suzuki? I'll bet we could walk up
to them and call them all sorts of nasty names, and they'd probably
    agree.

If you can hold up during the ass kickings, you can borrow some of my
miles to get home...but you'll likely have to sit with the chickens
and pigs during off times because I don't have enough for good seats
    for me and you both.

Sorry dude, I'm stretched by helping you kick some Japan ass...

Man, have you not seen any Japanese movies? There is always one of those
Li's or Lee's or somebody badass around to take care of the scared ones.
Most like will be someone that build the motorcycle crates. I could take you
up one the economy miles, I have ridden with chickens and pigs before. Slept
    with a few of them.

Mr Jay, you need to loosen up. I have always wanted to hike in the States
and South America. My old heart fucked up at an early age and pretty much
fucked that up. It is even hard on me driving or riding much, but I am gonna
do all I can. That new bike wont get ridden much, but I just love Jap street
bikes and I am getting it. Money is in the bank waiting for it to come in.
That is what I saved for, just spending it earlier than I anticipated.

You gotta do the things you want to do before you lose the chance. Go buy
you a new bike Bjay or boat or rifle or something. You and Honeyjay can go
treasure hunting with Cookie and me later in the year. We may go pan for
gold in California or did for fossils in Utah or Florida, or nothing if
health fails or money runs out, but you gotta look forward.

When was the last time you saw a Brinks truck racing after a funeral
    procession?

    End of preachin.....................

========Jerry, I enjoyed your sermon on the mound, my Houstonian friend.
I am better than I use to be.
I am spending quite a bit remodling our farm house. That
Tile floor I told you about, it alone is costing right at 2800 dollars.(
and I am laying it)...so see, I spends some money.
I dont do without something I really want. (No real Man
    does, right?)
It all boils down to ''priorties'' you know that. Up
    untill about 8 months ago, I always had 2 or 3 motor'sikels.
But it's too much trouble keeping them warmed up, and stuff. hehe.
There is one thing we do, and that is ''Go'', we go alot.
We're pretty well planning a trip to Nashville,Tn. It is pretty much in
    the ''making''.
Last time you were in california, I remember you didnt
take the time to ''pan for'' gold, so is that on your ''wannna'do''
    list? hehe
I have never bought a new motorbike, and have only bought
two new vehicles...in my funny little life!.
I guess if I really got serious and bought one, it would
be a GWTrike. My Honey would love for us to have one but keep the
Valkyrie Cruiser of course, not getrid of it....never......like
    never.....hehe
