Beats me. I've never understood the "Sports Ute" concept. They may have
sportier equipment but they ain't pretty.

To me, it's like lipstick on a pig.

 

I do like them mate, well done. Had many dirt bikes by am considering
a big chooky for really getting to know australia.

 

It's all about FBT, $40K ute, no FBT, no minimum milage, $40K car doing
25000 kms per year, $4400 FBT. Same car doing 24000 kms, $8000 FBT. Shit
mate, that's $160 a week.

Lived in Townsville for 25 years, once you get used to the humidity,
winter is very real, relatively speaking.

The humid, hot, sweaty summer goes on for about 6 months and then
there's six months of glorious riding weather with a short cold period
for about a month in the middle. I hate summer. I'm a cold weather,
cloudy grey skies type of person.

 

It ain't about pretty, it's a good way of shaving 300Kg off a V8
Sedan... same power, less weight, more go. Simple.
