I bought the CCM from the auction today.
They said the exhaust was loud, it isn't.
They said it wasn't running correctly, it is.
They said it would make £2000 easy. It didn't

    I got it for £1700.
Its a dual sport CCM 644, but only has the trail wheels. Its a 2003 bike.
Got it home and I can't find anything wrong with it. Well except the front
brake light cable has been cut for some reason.

I'm gonna supermoto it and ride it. I may get skint and sell it later.
    Hopefully, I shouldn't lose money.

    I'm pretty happy again.

oOooo.. sounds like a bargain, an ideal winter project.
Bring it to BOSM, it it's not too far away, or you have a bum made of steel.
That's a good state to be in. :)

I don't thinkit will take me all winter to connect up a wire.
Well compared to the KTM its like sitting on an big cushion.

    Its a finance company repossession.
Only one other bidder the auction house usually sell furniture and didn't
have a clue what it was.
They thought it was a motocrosser!!

Heh, hmm... I was thinking more of finding the supermoto bits and bobs
    for it.
Excellent, what's the tank range like of those then?

Linger was seen penning the following ode to ... whatever:
You should be able to find the "other" set of wheels on fleabay if you
    look long and hard enough...

I dunno. I should find out.
I tend to do 3 laps in an enduro then fill up, it's only 30 miles but riding
    for 3 hours.
It's not that it needs fuel, I need the rest by that point.

Well it could be a route back into road bikes.
Actually it's quite a laugh. I might keep it.
    Bit slow though.
Fucking slow compared to my KTM.
That is scary on the road but that's the tyres and the massive power band.

I'm looking. I need to find out what ones fit on.
Funny isn't it. I buy a bike that's more suited to supermoto than my KTM.
Then, on ebay there are a pair of wheels for my bloody KTM.

I could buy them and get some spacers made up and have 4 bikes.
