I'm going with a pair of Metzeler Z4's. They'll be here on Friday morning, and should be fitted by lunch. Just in time
for the weekend! All I have to do now is try and find where my keys got to after I dropped them inside the fairing...I
    know they're in there somewhere!

    Easy...
    Turn bike upsidedown. Shake.

PS. What's the proper spelling for "upsidedown" anyway?

Your getting pretty worried about our recent general
concern for apostrophe's and correct verbage, we're
    can tell!

I had apostrophes on my bike once, but they were terrible in the wet and
    I've gone back to Metzeler.

    I'd assume it's something similar to inside-out?...

Still no sign of the keys, but I got the tyres fitted this morning, and I love 'em already! I could feel the difference
straight away, and the very first corner put a huge grin on my face - even new, I don't think the old tyres would have
been anywhere near as good. The bike tips into corners a lot more readily, and sticks very well - I'm not about to do
anything silly, but they are certainly confidence-inspiring! I'm looking forward to next weeks' run down to the coast
even more now, with the opportunity to give the tyres a decent workout. The old ones were well rooted, with the front
squared off quite severely, as well as being partly bald on the right side - very definitely past their use-by date! But
all is good now, even if my temporarily healthy bank account is terminal once more. :)

And if you are anywhere near Bathurst and need work done on your bike, Cafe Racer is the only place to go - great
prices, and a quality of service you'd be hard pressed to beat. The guys don't mind you watching as they work on your
bike, and are happy to chat with you as they go, and tell you what they're doing, and they do a damn good job. They'll
quite happily go that extra mile to ensure the job is done right, and still manage to do it pretty cheap.

When I read that you liked the tyres on the first corner I could tell you'd been to Cafe Racer. Only Carl cleans off the
    mould release.

Interested in a run up the back way to Oberon tomorrow? I took the 200SX for a lap of the mountain this arvo (hoon son
sitting next to me, Jimmy Barnes howling soul loud enough to drown out the exhaust) and the bike is getting a bit jealous of
    its new sister. :)

It does make a difference! What does he use? It smelled a bit like IPA, and evaporated fairly quickly, but I forgot to
    ask what it was.
I would have been, if I had been online early enough to see your post! Today was my first chance to catch up on some
sleep in over a week (two jobs, at opposite ends of the day, makes for very early starts and very late finishes!), and
I'm working again tonight (and tomorrow morning and tomorrow night.....), so no time today unfortunately, with
everything that still needs to be done. :-( Might have to be after xmas at this rate!

    He uses brake disc/caliper cleaner.

Same here. Today was my first day off for five weeks and I didn't even have the energy to get the bike on the road. And
tomorrow I'm back on deck for the Christmas rush. Boxing Day can't come quick enough.

Umm Mike, check the other mistakes in the post (like every other word) I suspect
    it might be deliberate

ie Your not you're , apostrophe's not apostrophes, verbage not verbiage, as well
    as the one you spotted
