I'll have a look for a URL later on for one.

He doesn't need one - he just said that all he had to do was move his
hands. He missed the smiley off, the gurt tall tinker.

I don't like the adapters. I have one, but don't use it. Anything
that adds extra complication is to be avoided, imho. I'd rather
wiggle the inflater in, bending the valve stem a bit if I have to. A
bit of wiggling is easier overall than the chances of leaving the
adaptor on, which leads to complications (or having it fly off and
cause more) or having it release some of the carefully-inserted air
    when removing the bastard.

Sir simply carries an angled tyre inflator in Sir's comprehensive
toolkit which should accompany the fine steed on any journey of more
that 53 feet from the doorstep.

Sir has one, in Sir's toolkit which lives under the seat. Sir won't
use the smegging thing, but Sir carries it for the use of colleagues
    in difficulties.

'S funny, I check the pressures every month or so, but have only had
to put air in the Bandit twice - once immediately after purchase, once
last week. I don't see having a wiggle with an inflater twice a year
    as an issue.

Naturally such a gentleman's steed would not be easily winded.

Eh? He's only a normal height - not even as tall as me, IIRC.[1]

[1] ICBW, but certainly no giant.

You remember correctly. I'm 6ft tall with a 42 chest and 38 waist.

So, not a lanky bugger like you.

Sir needs a motorcycle upon which such devices are a standard OEM fit.

They are hardly going to knock an ingot like the GW wheel out of balance

  12. Bend it?
Curiously, quite a few of the petrol stations I go to appear to have
the metal pipework 'pre-bent' the second time I go...

You then use the other side of the inflator, as a truck tyre would
