    one would hope so :)

    Try going to the newcastle foreshore ("pit lane", the small parallel stretch
    of road) about 9pm on a friday , usually get a few bikes in there, good way
    to meet-up with a few people, and usually go for a quicky ride round the
    traps

    I have the same problem on fridays usually
    You could try sunday, same place around 2 or 3 pm
