    That's being done tomorrow.

Currently soaking in 3-in-1 and Redex.

Will get a heat gun on the barrel tomorrow and try and free it off.
There's an MZ dealer up the road who reckons he'll have a spanner in
stock for the exhaust header, so I'll pop up there in the morning.

It seems oily enough for it not to be oil starvation (unless there was
an airlock in the system) - more likely that it overheated massively.

    SteveH says...
Lesson learnt then, don't leave aircooled strokers ticking over at a
standstill for any length of time.

If the 3-in-1 and Redex doesn't work then pour cheapo cola on top of
the piston and let it seep down the sides. It eats away at the melted
alloy and frees the piston off, usually overnight.

That's a nice trick. I've only ever had one seized two stroke, and that
feed off after cooling[1]. Switched to R40 after that, and cable tied
    the oil feed on.

[1]Oil feed pipe fell off the inlet, I think someone pulled it off to
    cause it dammage.
